BY FAITH. Within the past few weeks, my life has changed dramatically. God has blessed me profusely. For instance, I have been waking up filled with rejoice and happiness. I am excelling in all areas of my schooling. My family is being blessed everyday, as their prayers are being answered by God himself. In Matthews 6:7, God says "And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words." I pray to God in very slim words, as I speak about, only praiseworthy things; instead, of speaking about my "wants". In hopes of not only gaining His favor, but for Him to continue to bless me.

In Hebrews 11:6 it says "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." In order to have faith we must all believe he is real. To testify, I remember a month ago I begin to diligently seek Him. Day by day, I begin to receive a blessing.  This is because I knew that with faith and my decision to seek Him. He would reward me in due time. 

Last Wednesday, I received my reward in full. As I was honored and praised by peers for presenting a wonderful design for our exhibition called "HUE COLOR TINT SHADE".  The entire day was filled with happiness and joy. I could not have been more pleased with finished product of my design.

To add, God has surrounded me with talented people who share the same dream as I do. Who hope to do great things with the gift that God has given them.

The Sunday I returned home, I had went to church with my parents. While I was in church during Bible Study, I was moved by the words of one of my reverends. As he says "You must keep one hand closed to hold onto the blessing you wish to cherish, but also keep one hand open so you may receive more blessing from God." The knowledge I gained prepared me for the moment, in which, I decided to receive Christ as my Lord and Savior; in addition, to being water baptized and becoming a member of Faith Tabernacle Church. The moment I received Christ, I felt a sudden weight lifted off my shoulders as if all my burdens were freed. From that day forward, I knew my relationship with God has entered a whole new chapter. For I am on a road to a new and refurbished life.
