SAN FILIPPO LEATHER
Saturday July 28, 2012

San Filippo Leather, a custom leather accessory company, designs custom old traditional method accessories. The workshop of artisan Damon San Filippo himself is well known in San Francisco Bay Area. Effortlessly, San Filippo Leather create accessories that are unique yet relevant in the fashion world. Above, this hand crafted iPhone case was sent to me by the San Filippo family themselves. The case is definitely a trending staple. Its durable, strong protective casing fits your iPhone like a glove. While still maintaining that stylistic look which is a plus in my book. To add, imagine the amount of comments you would receive if you are found sporting this case around an event, or even a local grocery store. Yes! a lot haha. The price point is very reasonable, if you are looking to be that fashion guru with an authentic iPhone case. San Filippo Leather also offers everything from key chains to custom made bags with product prices starting at $19.00. The variety of products is endless. Personally, I am very pleased that I was given such a blessing. The number of looks to incorporate this authentic leather case is never ending. It will be seen quite often, so be prepared. I hope you will visit San Filippo Leather and purchase an item at your will. Trust me when I say this, you will not leave their site without purchasing an item. Besides who doesn't want a hand crafted accessory from San Filippo himself. So...what are you waiting for? haha let's put our fashion hoarding to use and buy a little San Filippo for our accessory collections.

MOOZ-LUM
Tuesday July 24, 2012

Mooz-lum is a movie that offers a different perspective on Muslim/Islam than what is normally portrayed. Inspired by the movie, I decided embrace some of the aesthetics of the religion, as well as, its relations.  Starring Evan Ross as, devout Muslim, Tariq Mahdi wrestles with his religious identity while attending college in the US following the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The movie is an engrossing entertainment that keeps you out of your seat. As you begin to see how your religion becomes your identity even when you despise it.

THE PROVERBS X VANGARDIST
Friday July 20, 2012

A few weeks ago, I was emailed by Martin Ehmele, the editor from Vangardist Magazine, about conducting a fairly short interview for VM's (Vangardist Magazine) weekly column "Love-Your-Style". Humbly, I accepted the offer, and placed it as a unexpected blessing. The idea of having my style broadcasted to the world was always a believable dream to me. For I know my faith and diligence in God would soon be rewarded. I would like to thank Vangardist Magazine for the interview/opportunity. Most importantly, all of my readers...you guys rock :)! I hope you all will enjoy the interview, and will comment/share it on Facebook.

Message of the week: "...without faith it is impossible to please God,
because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and
that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." - Hebrew 11:6

God Bless,
Steven B.

APPROACHABILITY
Saturday July 14, 2012

My approachability from others has been more accepting. Supplying a feeling of wholesomeness and orderliness. Placing myself around areas that include a lot of green makes me feel tranquil and refreshing. With green having a natural balance of cool and warm undertones. I, undoubtedly, felt at peace.
PRAYERS LIST
Tuesday July 10, 2012

I am developing a love for the color burgundy and appalling-shiny eccentrics. Most importantly, these Cobian sandals from Aldos. The combination of a sneaker and sandal adds more points to the board. Besides it is perfect for all seasons. For the right sock would look mind-blowing with it during the fall season. Anyway, these pieces would only enhance my collection. Enjoy!
SONG OF SOLOMON 4:7
Wednesday July 4, 2012

Progressively, I am becoming more in love with myself each day. Accepting all the flaws that use to appear as burden to my self esteem. Now, when I look in the mirror at myself I see beauty, strength, and a living blessing. Which is something I use to not believe in until God himself brought me to see my own true uniqueness.
